Our Policy
Only the number of guests stated on the form will be allowed on the property. All additional guests must be communicated to the property manager and be paid for before check-in.
PLEASE NOTE:
FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS: The check-in time is 3 PM, and the check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved by the property manager.
DAY PASS ACCESS: From 8 AM to 8 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved by the property manager.
EVENING PASS ACCESS: From 2 PM until midnight. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved by the property manager.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OUTSIDE OF THE AGREED TIMES: This will incur a charge of $125 per hour or any part thereof.
Any additional guests must be communicated to the manager and will incur an additional cost.
Conditions and Responsibilities for Renter
Please read the material below to ensure all parties understand the requirements of providing for everyone’s safety and keeping Forest Edge Poolside Suites and Lounge a well-maintained and safe location for future use.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.
- Submission of this form without payment does not guarantee your reservation.
NB: No cash is accepted on premises. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is refunded 72 hours after your check-out, once the manager inspects the property and determines that no damages occurred and the rules were adhered to during your stay.
ACCESS AREAS
Please note Forest Edge is not a shared facility. Only the registered guest(s) have access to the property during their stay.
DAY PASS AND EVENING PASS: Access includes the Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Lounge Areas, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower, and Changing Rooms.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION: Access includes the suite(s), Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Lounge Areas, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower, and Changing Rooms.
RULES
- All guests must adhere to the pool rules posted.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No glass bottles allowed in pool and jacuzzi.
- No pets allowed.
- No obscene language.
- No littering. Please place rubbish in bins provided.
- Do not break or pick any flowers or plants.
- No loud music after 10 PM.
- Decorations are allowed but must be removed and disposed of in the appropriate receptacles.
- No nails, hooks, staples, glue, or tape of any kind allowed on walls, blinds, or furniture.
- No extension of the contract time is permitted. Going over your contracted time will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
- No food or drink allowed in the pool. Non-adherence to rules will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
- The kitchenette and appliances must be cleaned after use, and all wares and utensils must be accounted for.
- The barbeque grill must be cleaned after use, and coals disposed of.
- The pool and jacuzzi close at midnight.
CLEANING
Forest Edge MUST be returned to the same condition it was received. All kitchen utensils cleaned, no grocery items or drinks left in the refrigerator. No dishes in the sink or microwave. All garbage removed from kitchens and toilets, as well as in the suites, bagged and placed in or near outdoor bins.
KEYS
Upon check-in, keys will be provided for the Suites, Pedestrian Gate, and Main Gate. These keys must be returned upon check-out or placed in the designated area assigned by the property manager. If keys are lost or not returned, an $80 replacement fee per key will be deducted from the security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Given the nature of our business, when a client reserves Forest Edge Ltd for a specific date/dates, we commit exclusively to them for the specified date or dates. Consequently, we decline all other inquiries for those times.
In the event of a cancellation, all payments made in advance are non-refundable. All cancellations or changes in reservation dates MUST be made in writing and emailed to forestedgett@gmail.com.
To change or postpone to a new date, a 20% rebooking fee will be applied to your invoice.
Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure event, the Renter(s) will be entitled to have the event deferred to a later date as agreed upon between the property manager and renter.
The term “force majeure” shall mean acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances, acts of public enemies, war, blockades, insurrections, riots, pandemics, loss of electricity, landslides, earthquakes, fires, floods, washouts, or prohibitions by a sovereign government through any board, department, commission, or agency.
